Add the ability to filter which services are being used in projects

User Problem

The Services created in JSM/OG are available for all projects. However, you are unable to identify which of them are being used in the project.

This could be troublesome if you have a long list of services.

Suggested Solutions

Add the ability of filtering services that are being used in projects.
