The customer would like the ability to delete the Email Request type from Team-Managed projects. They have turned off email support but they are still unable to delete or modify this request type

The customer wants to remove the request type as sometimes it is mistakenly used when transferring a ticket from one project to another. However, there appears to be no option to delete this request type in the project settings.
