Change the French language translation of the login page from "Connexion à ..." to "Connexion au ..."

      Current behavior:

      When the language of a JSM project is set as French, the message displayed on the login page is "Connexion à <Help Center name>". This is not customizable in Help Center settings.

      Expected behavior:

      The translation should be set to "Connexion au <Help Center name>"
