The ability to encrypt each attachment when creating a request from customer portal

Currently, there is no native feature to encrypt an attachment on Jira Service Management.
Attachments often contain personal or confidential information, and it's not desirable that all agents who have access to the request can view the attachments. Encryption of attachments can help prevent such scenario.
