Disable Reopening of forms by agents

      Problem

      We would like to have the option to disable the reopen option in forms for our agents so that data can't be changed in this way and the forms remains as is once closed.

      Workaround

      The option to lock a form on submission is designed to address this exact problem. Under form settings there is an option to Lock on Submission once a form is locked it can only be reopened by Project Admin or Jira Admin.
