Problem
Upon adding customers into an organisation list, there is a delay until the customers information will be showing in the page (the delay could take up to 2 minutes).
Environment
JSM Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the Customers option within the JSM Project (https://yourinstancename.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/projectkey}/customers)
- Add an organisation or open an existing organisation
- Click on Add Customers
- Add the email address of the customers
- Refresh the page (you should see the person added disappear)
Expected Results
Once the customers added into an organisation, it should be showing immediately.
Actual Results
Customers added into an organisation, currently it doesn't show immediately and will take up to 2 minutes along with page refresh to get the customers displayed.
Workaround
No workaround, we just need to wait for up to 2 minutes until the next system refresh for the customers to be showing.
