Insight has weekly maintenance wherein a customer instance may be down for up to 5 minutes.
Steps to Reproduce
- Access an Insight instance on a Wednesday, between 00:00 and 03:00 UTC
Expected Results
Insight is available
Actual Results
Insight may be down for up to 5 minutes
Workaround
Periodically refresh the page until the instance is back.
