Issue Summary
When a request is created using the JSM Widget and an attachment is added from the Widget, the comment that adds the attachment to the request also stops SLAs that are configured with a stop condition of "Comment: For Customers".
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure an SLA that has the stop condition "Comment: For Customers".
- Enable the Widget and make sure the Attachment field is required on the request form of the request type used in the widget.
- Create a request from the Widget that contains an attachment
Expected Results
The request is created and the SLAs are running.
Actual Results
SLAs that have the stop condition "Comment: For Customers" stop running immediately due to the comment with the attachment that is added by the user Jira Service Management Widget.
Workaround
Remove the attachment field from the Widget by making it optional on the request type
