To mention a user, provide an ability to pick user in comment action of Automation

    Description

      Current behavior:

      To @mention the person in a particular field, for example, the issue's Assignee, one has to enter the following:

      accountId:user field name.accountId

      It becomes difficult for an admin to find the accountId of a user to mention

      Expected behavior:

      The user picker pop-up box should open when typing @ sign to mention a user.
