Ability to archive request types (not only hidden, but not be possible to open ticket (through technician view) for those request types)

      Hi!

      We have several request types that are no longer used and they are already hidden from the portal, but everyone that have a technician view can create ticket or associate that request type to a ticket.

       

      It is very important to have a way to archive the request types that are no longer used and avoid the possibility to create or associate them to a ticket.
