Permission to control who can raise Major Incident from Jira Service Management to Opsgenie

      Currently, if any user has a Jira Service Management license and access to an ITSM JSM project they will be able to raise a Major Incident in Opsgenie from a JSM project.

      It would help if we can Restrict this to a particular User/Groups/Project Roles just like we have in Permissions, and not give permission to all users to raise Major Incidents.
