      DESCRIPTION:

      Would like the ability to "prompt" customers/users when a specific priority is selected. For example:

      If customer selects an urgent/high (P1/P2) priority for their issue they are reporting via help center, a message will appear that can be customizable and warn them before submitting a P1/P2
