Issue Summary
When a workflow is setup with multiple approvers required, the issue stays in the approval status until the requisite number of approvers have approved or declined the issue and the issue transitions to the corresponding status.
The Waiting for my approval option on the portal seems to be looking at the issue status and not whether the current user needs to provide a response.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a workflow with an approval status
- Configure said status to have 2 or more approvals
- Approve the issue on one account
- Review the Waiting for my approval page on the portal of another approver of that same issue
Expected Results
The issue disappears when the user viewing the Waiting for my approval page.
Actual Results
The issue remains until approved by the requisite number of approvers or is declined.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
