      Currently Insight is available only for Enterprise and Premium plans of Jira Service Management(JSM).

      Suggested Solution

      Insight should be available for JSM Standard and Free plans too.

      Why This Is Important

      • Customers with JSM standard and free plans will be able to experience Insight.
      • Larger user base for Insight

      Customers willing to try Insight can sign-up for JSM Premium Trial
