Problem

Currently there is no option to have predefined values in attribute field during object creation. In Insight, when you click Create object and the Create Object window opens to enter the values(manually), some fields should already have a default/preset value which can be changed or left as is during object creation.

Suggested Solution

There should be an option to set predefined values for attribute fields during object creation.

Why This Is Important

• Saves time during object creation. Especially helpful when there are many objects to be created with same values in multiple attribute fields.
• Prevents human error during object creation in large number as there would be lesser fields to be filled

Workaround

Use Automation for Jira. When: Object created, Action: Edit object
