Make Responder Field Type supported by JQL

      The Responders field type, is not available for filtering with JQL, therefore, customers can't created Reports, Filters or anything that involves JQL, with the Responders field.



      Current behavior

      If you try to build a JQL with Responders field, either with its name or field ID, Jira will say that the field doesn't exist, therefore, being unable to filter by it.

      User is able to add the column 'Responders', but not filter by it.

      Expected

      It would bring a better experience if the customers could filter (JQL) by Responders field, since he can see the option available in columns
