      Problem Definition

      Users often create aliases to use in their JSM mail handlers and would like to be able to filter if a request was sent to the alias or the original mail handler address

      Suggested Solution

      Add all the recipients existent in the message only during its creation to an issue property that could be retrieved later using automation with advanced conditions
