Issue Summary

When setting up validators for workflow transitions, using the Field Required validator, it's not possible to choose the comment visibility.

Ideally there should be an additional selection what the required comment field's visibility is either public or internal.

Workaround - Deprecated, as legacy automation are not available anymore.

Currently there is a work around to create a legacy automation to trigger a request transition when a comment is added and the visibility can be restricted, however this will be applicable for all work flows that utilize those transitions -
