Current behaviour:
The Portal customers page on a Cloud site shows only the logs of when the customer was Last active on the portal. This exludes the customers who do not log in to the portal and create the tickets only via the email channel.
Expected behaviour:
It'd be great to have detailed logging of Portal customers especially for those who do not use the portal for ticket creation.
Workaround:
Perform the export of all the customers and all the recent JSM issues to find the real inactive users.
