    Description

      Current behavior

      On Jira Service Management we are now able to add a message to the login page, but the “Welcome” login page (the sign-up page) is still not customizable.

      Suggestion

      Add the ability to also edit the signup page and edit “You're almost there. We just need to grab a password so you can log in later.”.
