Remove the limit on the number of projects that can be added to "Features" in help center

    Description

      Currently, we can add only 15 projects to “Featured” list in help center. It would be nice if we could add more projects to "Featured" would be better because projects that are not in “Featured” are collapsed and a bit hard to find them.
