Problem
We don't connect all our Customers in the Portal with connected Services that customers can request help on. But we filter on the domain and/or the Organization name. But right now we can just filter on personal level of the Reporter (uid/displayName)
Suggestion:
Extend the functionality to be able to filter on Reporter e-mail domain or organisation.
Right now you can filter on userKey or displayName in the connection with Insight.
