Resolution: Won't Fix
Problem
When a customer portal is open to anyone on the web, but the knowledgebase is not, customers will be redirected to "No access - Sorry, you're not allowed to see this - Go back" if they try to access an article or category.
Suggestion
Instead of "Go back", add the option for customers to login or add a message informing them that to view the articles, they need to be logged in.
