Ability admin to disable Change Calendar

      Problem description

      At the moment , there are no option for admin to disable the Native Change Calendar feature. There are user already using a third party apps for this feature and it is confusing the user as of now they have two options for Change Calendar.

      Suggestion

      It will be great if the admin has options to disable it.
