Hi all,
Thanks for your interest. We appreciate that this is an important feature and have started the work to enable Marketplace app development for import integrations. From there, we are aiming to build a number of integrations ourselves, and continue to collaborate with partners and Marketplace app developers in order to offer a range of integrations for Assets. Whilst we cannot share ETAs or a list of integrations to be developed yet, we are in the process of formalising requirements and conducting technical investigations. In the meantime - for those of you considering custom integrations, please refer to our API documentation on https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/insight/imports/introduction//
Otherwise we will provide an update as soon as we can share more information.

Connecting JSM/Insight to Jamf could facilitate integration and ingestion of exiting assets and their information.
This is already available for Server/DC: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219908/insight-jamf-integration?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter
Currently, we do not support any integration in Insight. We only support CSV Import.

[JSDCLOUD-10248] Jamf Integration for Assets
+1 - this would be hugely valuable to us. With Atlassian pushing everyone to their Cloud offering, not sure why integrations such as this aren't already available to ensure continuity of process from DC versions.
As we position to move to Jira Assets this integration being "native" would be essential!
We are currently looking into asset managemet and this would make life easier for us.
Our company is very interested in it, it would make our work much easier if it was offered not only for the server version.
This is very disappointing, and directly conflicts with what Atlassian have said publicly in the past.
Looking at alternative systems going forward, very disappointing.

Been waiting for this since assets came to cloud... Riada told me it was coming soon but nothing since bought by Atlassian, please give us something on this, manual weekly imports are not cutting it for ease of use
Is anyone else concerned that this ticket is over a year old, has more votes and watchers than most other tickets, and it's still in "gathering interest" phase yet it's been a quarter since the last update from Atlassian?
