As an admin, I need to feature to configure fields on Change Calendar

      Summary

      On the Change Calendar, when clinking on any change request, there are some fields showing up on the screen that seem to be hard coded. It is not possible to add/remove the fields from there.

      Suggestion

      As an admin, we need the possibility to add/remove fields from this screen.
