Ability to skip the request type selection to create a ticket when you have only one request type configured

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when you have only one request type created for your project, you must still select a request type when you are creating a ticket via the portal.
      It would be nice to have the ability to skip the request type selection in the submit a ticket process when you have only one request type configured in your project.

      Workaround

      There's no alternative solution at this moment.
