Description
Current behavior
When agents and admins are working on tickets and go to the Related articles and click on one of them, it opens a new tab to view the entire article.
Suggestion
It would be great if, instead of being redirected to view the article on another tab, that the article opens on the sidebar, so agents can just check if it’s the desired article in order to share with the customer.
