Raise a Request button not available in ITSM service Management

    Description

      Problem :
      In the new ITSM project template Raise a Request button not available. Customer mentioned that they have a lot of custom fields for the Service Request issue type. These fields are only relevant depending on which Request Type is selected but when you use the Create button you see every field even though you only select one request type.

      Suggested solution :
      Raise a request feature include fields in the Customer Portal however the create button include the fields in the create issue screen.Hence it is important for customers to have this button
