Product Update: December 2023
We have released two improvements to all customers in the last 3 months:
1. Increased SLA goal limit from 30 -> 90 per project
2. Launched Priority based sub-goals that can be used by customers to restructure their SLA. You can read more about it here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-priority-to-group-sla-goals/

Some organization utilises more SLA Time Goal.
For my organization, we track the team performance for each ticket and this would easily hit the Project Time goal limit for JSM Cloud.
Please do have the ability to increase or remove the time goal limit in order for any purpose that requires this.
