Update JSM Cloud REST API documentation for "Authentication" data

      Problem Definition

      At the moment, in JSM Cloud REST API documentation, it doesn't clearly mention it doesn't work for portal only customer account. Customer must have Atlassian account to create API token and use the REST API.

      Suggested Solution

      Update the documentation by clearly mentioning "Authentication" required customer account with Atlassian Account.
