Display approvals on the "History" section of a ticket on the New Issue View

      Issue Summary

      Currently, approvals are displayed only on the "Comments" section of ticket activity, with the change of status being displayed on the "History" section.

      Suggestion

      Have the "History" section also showing that a given transition was due to the approval step being completed.
