Affected Services field flickers when searching for values

Issue Summary

When searching for values in the Affected services field, the options suggested flicker and sometimes not all the relevant options are displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the Affected services field to the screen and the Description fields of a request type
2. Create a request of this type
3. Try to fill the field from the issue view

Expected Results

All relevant values will appear without flickering as you type.

Actual Results

Suggestions flicker and some relevant options disappear.
