Problem Definition

As of now, the legacy Insight app are no longer available for new subscription as per mention in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-the-differences-between-insight-in-cloud-and-server/ . It is best to put disclaimer or information at https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-asset-management-for-team-managed-projects/ documentation too , as currently when new user tried to install the app , it no longer available.

Suggested Solution

Update https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-is-asset-management-for-team-managed-projects/ documentation about the app no longer available for new subscription.

On top of that , include that the new Insight app with JSM premium and Enterpise are not supported for Team Managed project.
