      It would be of great use to have an endpoint in JSM API that allows to set customer portal announcements so that we can update these outside of the UI.

            This would come in very handy for a project we are looking to accomplish.  We are using a JSM portal for users to declare a major incident, and it would be nice to be able to build out Jira automation to show any active incident tickets in the portal announcements.

            Hi,

            with modern incident management provided by Jira Service Management, get possibility to edit portal announcements outside of the UI would be greatful and game-changer.

            I presumed that must be through an API rest endpoint or maybe directly with Jira automation.

            • if Issue Type incident is created with priority P1 for example
            • Action => Edit Portal Announcement for all our customers.
