Description
Issue Summary
Portal-only customer is unable to retrieve attachment versions of the PDF attached in the knowledge base
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page in Confluence space integrated with the JSM project.
- Attach some sample PDF documents to the page using the //attach keyword.
- Log into the customer portal using portal-only customer.
- Try accessing the PDF documents attached to the knowledge base page in the portal
Expected Results
The attachments should be shown as they are visible on the Confluence page.
Actual Results
Below error is received while browsing through the attachments:
Error retrieving attachment versions.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
