Ability to add custom fields to "Requests"

      Issue Summary

      Currently the "Requests" columns are limited to system fields only. It would be great to have the ability to add custom fields to the columns as well

      Suggestion

      Add custom fields as options to the columns

            We are looking at this too and do not see description field available and that is a system field. Are there specific system fields that are available only?
