Reassignment count is an important metric for us to understand whether our issues are getting to the right resources first time or bouncing around so we can address and improve those areas.

I expected this to be something available out of the box as it's fairly standard in other ITSMs.

I've done a custom solution with automation as a workaround but could this just be added to JIRAs default metrics?
