Problem Definition
Currently, there’s no public API for Services under the operations menu of the ITSM service project.
Suggested Solution
Provide a REST API to retrieve/export/create Services information from the service desk project.
Why this is important
Admins would have spent a lot of time allocating services a tier and updating the descriptions. It would very helpful to export the information and use the information for documentation.
It would also be useful to have an endpoint to create services
