Problem Definition
Currently, there's no public API to retrieve information of Services under the operations menu of the ITSM service project.
Suggested Solution
Provide a REST API to retrieve/export Services information from the service desk project.
Why this is important
Admins would have spent a lot of time allocating services a tier and updating the descriptions. It would very helpful to export the information and use the information for documentation.
