Problem Definition
When a ticket is shared with the Organisation, all users within the organisation will receive notification of the updates. This causes spam to the end users.
Suggested Solution
Provide the ability to disable the notification within the organisation.
Workaround
Set the notification to be sent to Reporter only:
- Go to Project Settings > Customer notifications
- Edit the Organization added notification rule
- Under To field
- Remove Customers involved
- Add Reporter (customer)
Note that this will cause all participants not receiving any notification, even they are not in the organisation but added separately.
