Description
Summary:
When trying to use the Date Picker feature for the Date Field on Holidays section, no popup will come out.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to a Service Desk Project Administration Page.
- Click on SLA, then Calendars.
- Edit the Sample 9-5 Calendar
- Scroll to Holiday.
- Click on the Calendar Icon.
Expected Result:
A pop-up which the user could choose calendar will appear.
Actual Result:
It does nothing.
Workaround:
Manually enter date with format dd/MMM/yy
- Example: 01/JAN/16
Notes:
- We could input the date manually on the field, but the error shown if the wrong date format is not really informative unlike in JIRA side.

Invalid format: "12/12/2016" is malformed at "12/2016"
