      Since Release 31st August 2015, Emails not Created from Service Desk Emails

      Symptom

      Emails sent to email channel defined in the email setting for the Service Desk, but no issue created.

      Testing connection seems fine.

      • Version for JEPP: 1.0.42-D20150820T044232
      • So far tested, it affects both internal mail (mailstore) and external mail
      • It only affects JIRA Cloud instances
