Skip step 1 of issue creation process for sub-tasks when there is only 1 issue type (i.e. just a sub-task option)

Given that it is totally redundant, it would be nice to skip step 1 of issue creation process for sub-tasks when there is only 1 issue type (i.e. just a sub-task option).

Instead the issue should just go to the traditonal step 2 of 2 screen, and the steps status (Step 2 of 2) should be renamed to Step 1 of 1.
