Bypass 1st page of Create Issue (and Sub Task) wizard when there is no "choice" for issue type and project

      • If browsing a project and "create new issue" is clicked, and there is only one issue type for that project; OR
      • If there is only one project configured and one issue type for that project, THEN
      • Skip the first page of the Create Issue wizard. Same applies for creating Sub Tasks.
