Allow customer X users to view all issues created by any user in customer X

    Description

      A customer wants to permit browse/view permissions to all employees of a particular customer company so their customer can view issues created by themselves and issues created by their fellow colleagues.

      Users who belong to Customer A group, can view issues created by any user in Customer A.
