Quite often users cut and paste emails/other documents into an issue, and use the {noformat} option.

Depending on the formatting, this occassionally creates a very wide, annoying screen (particularly if users commit the comment without previewing it first!)

It would be nice if {noformat} came with a wrap option like the HTML <pre> tag.
