      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      To use the Single Level Group By Report, at least one saved filter must be defined by the user. The pre-loaded filters, such as All, Outstanding, Unscheduled, Assigned to me, Reported by me, Resolved recently, Added recently, Updated recently, Most important should be available for use in this report. Otherwise, the user must define custom filters that are copies of these saved filters in order to do a group by on one of those filters.
