Aspects of the DateTime Calendar widget are a little clunky - esp setting the time

User feedback:

1. Sensitive to extra space between time and AM/PM. Users routinely make the error of typing in extra spaces here - we need to regex-trim spaces between items in format (repalceAll(" +" ," ") ).
   This is the main thing we want fixed
2. The shift/click/drag method of setting the time in the DHTML widget is a bit of a PITA (issue with the calender itself rather than jira treatment of results)
3. You seem to be able to put in 19:35 AM (seems to think that is valid)
4. 24 hr format support would be nice
5. Timezone support would be nice (but we may do this as a custom field for this)
