We are currently looking for at system like Jira.
We need to show issues to our customers, both when reporting "issues", and to follow up on outstanding tasks. But we do not want to show all issues to the customers. We have som internal issues which will not make any sence to the customer - and it could be some internal issues which the customer really should'nt now about.
In our current mini-system using a simple access database, we have a view-level, and a edit-level. Each user is assigned a level, and can then see some issues and not edit them, and some issues can be edited. You can already handle the last per project, but we need it to be per issue.
Our levels are :
1: Guest,
2: Customer,
3: intern sales
4: intern
5: delevopers
6: projectmanager
