Issue Summary

While adding attachment via drag and drop on chrome and safari, The screen keeps on flickering, but the attachment gets attached at the end.

The issue is not reproducible on latest 10.3.x on the same chrome or safari browser.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

• Open an existing or create a new issue

• Try adding attachment via drag and drop on chrome or Safari

Expected Results

There should not be any flickering while attaching the attachment

Actual Results

Attachment doesn't gets added and the screen keeps flickering. Kindly refer to the screen recording
